Bill Clinton Wants Hillary to Loose
April 11, 2008
That’s my only explanation. During the past few days, the entire we-flew-in-while-snipers-were-shooting-at-us dust up has quieted down for the Clinton campaign. Then, just last night, Bill Clinton felt the need to bring it all up again – and he lied, again.
He said that she was tired and it was the end of the day when she “misstated” what happened upon arrival in Bosnia. The problem is, her statements were made mid-morning on St. Patrick’s Day.
“You know, I got tickled the other day. A lot of the way this whole campaign has been covered has amused me. But there was a lot of fulminating because Hillary, one time late at night when she was exhausted, misstated — and immediately apologized for it — what happened to her in Bosnia in 1995 [sic]. Did y’all see all that? Oh, they blew it up.

CBS News producer Ryan Corsaro, who covers Senator Clinton, reports she made the claim in mid-morning on St. Patrick’s Day.

Democrats Seem to Always Want to Change the Rules
April 4, 2008
I don’t get it. Prior to the primary and caucus starting gun, the Democrats set the rules. The Michigan and Florida delegates would be punished since they went against party policy and scheduled early primaries. Keep in mind that the Democrat party is not the government, they are a private party and can make up any rules that they want. There was no voter disenfranchisement because this was not a general election. These were party primaries. Read more
For Conservatives – Race Not an Issue
February 12, 2008
But it certainly always is for liberals and most Democrats.
Rendell: Race Factor Could Hurt Obama
HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — Gov. Ed Rendell, one of Hillary Rodham Clinton’s most visible supporters, said some white Pennsylvanians are likely to vote against her rival Barack Obama because he is black.“You’ve got conservative whites here, and I think there are some whites who are probably not ready to vote for an African-American candidate,” Rendell told the editorial board of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette in remarks that appeared in Tuesday’s paper.
Bill Clinton must have made a call: “Hey Ed, since I can’t attack Obama anymore, I’m going to need to to remind everyone that Obama is black. And while your doing that, why not let people know that whites probably won’t vote for him either.”
If that isn’t racism, I’m not sure what is.
I won’t vote for Obama specifically because he’s a liberal populist. I can list many reasons I do not think he is qualified to represent me as president, and not one of them has to do with race. The white folk in Pennsylvania should be outraged.
Attendees Fainting at Obama Rallies
February 12, 2008
We have not posted too much about the Democrat candidates for president, but something I heard near the end of Jim Vicevich’s Sound off Connecticut show on WTIC AM this morning made me laugh.
It seems as though the ladies are fainting as they cry and laugh with Obama at rallies across the country. Ladies are dropping in Seattle, Hartford, Kansas, Los Angeles, Wisconsin, and Dartmouth, N.H.
They seem to be fainting close enough to the stage for Obama to reach for some water and hand it to the crowd to provide some assistance. This is happening over and over. The faintee is always close to the stage and Obama seems to react the same way.
The phenomenon is not just limited to Obama rallies it seems. Clinton attendees are dropping in New York, St. Louis, Arizona, and Missouri. She’s ready with the water too.
I’m quite certain that folks are fainting at McCain and Huckabee events, but Google huckabee fainting and then mccain fainting and you don’t get too much other than references to the Democrat rallies above. I found the links above by searching for clinton fainting and obama fainting.
I’m not making light of these events, some of the attendees need to wait hours in line in the cold before they are crammed into auditoriums where it can get quite warm as they wait for the candidates. I just find the comparisons between R and D candidates pretty interesting. Maybe it’s global warming?
Will Clinton Camp Avoid MSNBC and NBC?

MSNBC’s Chelsea Comment Angers Clinton
Feb 8 02:28 PM US/Eastern
By BETH FOUHY,Associated Press WriterSEATTLE (AP) – A distasteful comment about Chelsea Clinton by an MSNBC anchor Thursday could imperil Hillary Rodham Clinton’s participation in future presidential debates on the network, a Clinton spokesman said.
In a conference call with reporters, Clinton communications director Howard Wolfson Friday excoriated MSNBC’s David Shuster for suggesting the Clinton campaign had “pimped out” 27-year old Chelsea by having her place phone calls to Democratic Party superdelegates on her mother’s behalf. Wolfson called the comment “beneath contempt” and disgusting.
“I, at this point, can’t envision a scenario where we would continue to engage in debates on that network,” he added.
Since MSNBC gets no ratings anyway, it’s a safe bet that the Clinton campaign figures they can talk tough here. Let’s see if they can envision a scenario where they would exclude NBC too shall we? Doubt it.
