Still do not understand it. I think that they are saying that if you &lt;strong&gt;read&lt;/strong&gt; it and then &lt;strong&gt;leave it&lt;/strong&gt; on the Yahoo! server (in this case) and someone hacks in to look at it and spread it around - you&#039;re SOL.

Would you say that is the DOJ position?</description>
