One more afterthought.

It’s interesting that the city will not detain illegal aliens but they have decided to detain law abiding citizens due to a citywide curfew.

The month long curfew was enacted to get kids off of the streets after 9 P.M. This is just another case of the government taking the place of the parents who should make sure their kids are home by then.

This was a response to a mass shooting incident last week at the West Indian Day Parade. The shooting took one life, and injured numerous others including several children. One seven, and another seventeen MONTHS old! A total of eleven people were shot that day.

As usual, the shooter was out on bail, parole, or early release, or something

By the way. The shooting took place in broad daylight, in an area that was saturated with police officers. A curfew wouldn’t have made any difference.

The libs who run the city and state are soft on criminals, letting them roam the streets to rape, murder and pillage. Meanwhile, they have no problem restricting the rights of law abiding citizens by declaring martial law.

Great job liberals.

Oh, and as for the issue with The Hartford Courant disabling comments on their blog. It seems that this is the case with all stories relating to Hartford.

Looks like they gave into pressure from the Stalinst Mayor and his cronies.

Hartford is doomed. The minority seats that are required by law were usually held by people who opposed the leftists on the city council. Now two of them are occupied by the WFP which is as far left as you can get. The city council is now %100 percent liberal. The city is under curfew and the illegals are flocking in.

Cotto is one of two new councilmen who ran on the “Working Families Party” ticket.

People need to understand who the WFP is and what they party stands for. They are the WORST of the WORST!

WFP endorsed the racist NYC Councilman Charles Barron. Barron was publicly quoted as saying, “I want to go up to the closest white person and say, ‘You can’t understand this, it’s a black thing,’ and then slap him, just for my mental health.” How nice.

They are a front group for ACORN (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now) which by some accounts is an anarchist group.
