Illegally thats how, and yet some majical law would have stopped him even though he already broke a dozen laws leading up to this? I wonder what where going to do with him, probably deport him, and within a week he'll be back home in the good ol US.  To bad an officer didnt kill this waste of life during the arrest, would have saved some tax payer money.
