We Need Term Limits - Help Lott Understand Metro Cards
April 11, 2008
Kennedy, Byrd, Stevens, Lott. Those are just some names from inside the beltway that are familiar to households across the country. They are generally not known for what they have done to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. It’s more likely that they’re known for bringing home the bacon, or their extended stay in Washington as congressional leaders. Read more
Couric Will Recieve Golden Parachute - Who Will Complain?
April 11, 2008
These days the main stream media and many people are slamming CEOs for “outrageous” salaries and “over-the-top” stock bonus plans. Bill Clinton Wants Hillary to Loose
April 11, 2008
That’s my only explanation. During the past few days, the entire we-flew-in-while-snipers-were-shooting-at-us dust up has quieted down for the Clinton campaign. Then, just last night, Bill Clinton felt the need to bring it all up again - and he lied, again.

Did y’all see all that? Oh, they blew it up.

CBS News producer Ryan Corsaro, who covers Senator Clinton, reports she made the claim in mid-morning on St. Patrick’s Day.

April 10, 2008
Yeah of course, but what the heck did you expect? China was in the running for the Olympics to get world-wide acceptance. Once the International Olympic Committee (IOC) gave it to them, they got what they wanted. Of course, the IOC said China promised that winning the right to host the Olympics would result in improved human rights for everyone in China. I’m not seeing the cause and effect relationship there at all.
Of course, the corporate sponsors saw a huge market, so they wanted to get into China to sell stuff. I’m wondering how they will feel when their corporate sponsorship of the games in Beijing leads to product boycotts. I definitely see that cause and effect relationship. Read more
