Indoctrination at Nikelodeon
March 17, 2008
Since indoctrination into liberal thought by one of the leadership groups of the Democrat party – the National Education Association (NEA) – is not enough, liberals need to cover their basis on the evening TV broadcasts for young adults. Last night at 9 p.m., Nickelodeon premiered a Nick News with Linda Ellerbee special – I’m American and They’re Not. It’s too bad that the parents of these kids break the law and come into the country, and then have kids. I certainly feel bad for the kids, and the families are put in a terrible spot. Read more
No News is Good News in Iraq
March 17, 2008
Ever wonder what happened to all of the news coverage coming from Iraq after – let’s say – last September? General Petraeus reported in September that the surge was working, but we had more to do. Access to the Texas Border and Eminent Domain

The Incremental Approach to Concealed Carry

This incremental approach to allow law-abiding citizens to carry concealed weapons may be considered a win for supporters of the 2nd Amendment, but remember that rights that are given by the government can easily be taken away. Read more
Plan to Move Up Primaries Backfires for Democrats
March 13, 2008
The Democrat and Republican parties wanted to shuffle around the primary season this year and start things off early. The plan – especially for the Democrats – has backfired. Both parties were hoping to start early to get a clear general election candidate, but at the same time they hoped the other would not have a winner early in the process.
Plans developed after the 2004 primary season when it took John Kerry until the second week of March to lock up the nomination. Bush’s nomination on the Republican side was set by default, and since the battle between Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark, et al. (there were nine Democrat contenders) took time – and cash – away from fighting the fight against the dreaded W, it was time to rethink primary strategy. Read more
