Senators can filter information on their own, presidents can not

I’m asking the question since Obama wants to keep his Blackberry so he can “break through the isolation” of the White House. This is one of the issues I knew would come up since Obama has no management or executive leadership experience.

Whether a the CEO of a corporation or the president of the United States, you need to have top-notch people surrounding you to ensure they filter information forwarded to you appropriately. Your time is very valuable.

State legislatures really know how to lead

Early this week, I wrote about how corporate leaders were changing their business plans to take advantage of government handouts. Everyone is getting in line, and you really can’t blame them for doing so. If they don’t come and ask for the cash, someone else will.

Word from Malkin that a local department store is asking for a bailout and the Pennsylvania state legislature wants them to have it. At the same time, they are accepting their COLA pay raise this year.
